Blue Cheese Dip

As promised! I have the recipe for the blue cheese dip for ya’ll! It’s a great dip to bring to parties, for barbecues, or just having in the house. It doesn’t have to be just for Keto dieters. Before I started Keto I would dip cracker and pretzels in it. It tastes amazing on a burger too. Since I started Keto I dip pork rinds in it, freaking yuumm.

Ingredients:

1 cup Mayo
2 Tbl Minced Onion
1 Tbl Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
1 Tbl Vinegar
1 Container of Crumbled Blue Cheese (I used 5oz container but you can always but in more/less)

Directions:
Mix them all together and enjoy!
(if you leave the dip overnight it thickens up nicely and tastes even better)
