Smoked Pork BBQ Keto Pizza

I HAD to share my smoked pork BBQ keto pizza with ya’ll. It was amazing! I had the whole pizza in one day! I’m definitely making this again this weekend. I hope I have enough AlternaSweets BBQ Sauce left.

To get started I ripped off enough parchment paper to cover my pizza stone and to cover the dough so i can roll the rolling pin over the paper instead of directly on the dough. It’s a mess saver that’s for sure.

I use the recipe for my dough from Wholesomeyum it’s so easy and it’s delicious. Start with melting your cheese and cream cheese together then add the eggs and coconut flour, mix together and knead on the parchment paper. Cover the dough with the other parchment paper and roll out to about 1/4th in thick.  After it’s nice and rolled out you put it in the oven for about 6 minutes, check on it and poke down any air bubbles you see and put back in for 3-5 minutes. While that’s in the oven I started sauteing baby bell mushrooms.

I used about a tablespoon of Ghee and about a half to a full cup of mushrooms.

After the dough has been baking for 9-11 minutes, take it out and start adding your toppings. I started with AlternaSweets BBQ Sauce then mozzarella cheese, added the smoked pork that was leftover from Sunday and then topped it off with the mushrooms.I like to pile my toppings high on my pizza. 🙂 Toss it in the oven for about 10-15 more minutes and you’re done! Super easy, a dinner done in about 30 mins!Pair it with a Cream Soda Zevia and you’re golden. I had this pizza for lunch and for dinner it was so freaking good. I might make a BBQ chicken pizza sometime too I think that would be really good. I just have to stock up on my AlternaSweets BBQ Sauce soon! Between using it for the wings Jeff made me, this pizza, and using it to dip my dad’s pork chops in I’m running low! I’ve barely had this sauce two weeks! Needless to say it’s probably going to be a staple in my house.
