Fall Baked Goods

One morning I woke up and decided I was going to go on a baking spree. I had all these recipes lined up but some of the ingredients I wanted to save closer to Thanksgiving. So I held off on those. But in one morning I made keto chocolate glazed chocolate donuts, keto blueberry scones, and keto brownies. I made the others at a later date. But I figured I’d give you guys some ideas to bring to Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving. This week I finally made the last recipe I wanted to make for this post so here are the recipes I’ve been waiting to share with you!

Blueberry Scones

Here’s the recipe: Blueberry Scones. These turned out way better than I expected. I’ll be making them pretty often. But just a tip, follow the instructions in the video, not the written one. The oven temperature and the timing is off and using the video will save you some time.

Chocolate Glazed Donuts

I’ve made keto donuts before but these were a first for me. First, I haven’t made chocolate donuts before and I haven’t made a glaze before. They were delightful. I loved the glaze, I think next time I’m going to try and make a regular glaze cause it was super chocolaty. You can find the recipe here: Chocolate Glazed Donuts.

Brownies

I found this recipe on Pinterest but it was a picture of a note card with the recipe on it. I don’t know who takes credit for it and it wasn’t very detailed so I’ll detail it up for ya so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
So, make sure you either double the recipe or use a small pan cause I used a 9×9 and it wasn’t enough. Personally I think it was a little dry and a little blah. But, Jeff LOVED them. He isn’t a big sweets guy so I understand why he liked them so much. He told me those are his favorite brownies hes ever had.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these this week so I could use the canned pumpkin in my pumpkin roll I take to Thanksgiving. To be honest, these aren’t exactly keto because I used mini chocolate chips instead of sugar free chocolate chips. As long as you sub those then you’re golden. These are thick and cake like, I don’t exactly know how to describe them. Maybe it’s because I didn’t use the xanthan gum, or I under cooked them a bit. They were good though, reminded me of a pie.
